Trance Energy News as by 15th February:

This Saturday, 23rd February, the waiting has come to an end, over 30.000 international dance lovers will rush to Utrechts’ Jaarbeurs for the greatest trance even in the world: Trance Energy 2008.

Expect the latest laser, light and music effects and techniques with major artists such as Tiësto, Ferry Corsten and Marco V (mainstage). In the club stage you will find Jean and Roy Gates, but also Marcel Woods, Ernesto vs. Bastian and Rank1. The future stage will accommodate Sean Tyan and Airbase. Below you will find the latest Trance Energy event information.

For those of you who arrive by train: on the way back/way to Trance Energy there might be difficulties with the rail road network. There is maintenance work carried out, so delays might occur. Plan in an additional hour each way. Effected are:

- Food and Drink coupons can be bought inside. Using coupons (bons) / cards you can pay your food/drink inside Trance Energy.
- Locker boxes (10,000 I can tell) are available for 5 euros (small) and 10 euros (big). Usually you need a small one only. The locker boxes are outside the security check (so you can store food/drinks there and go out later on - though I am not sure if you can get in without a press pass later, ask the bouncer/security people for a stamp/proof)

- Zero Tolerance: hard drugs are not allowed at all; soft drugs are tolerated but not liked to be seen applied (smooking weed is legal in the Netherlands, still don’t carry a lot with you). Police will be informed if necessary.

- Identification is a must: you need to be able to identify yourself at all time. You need a valid pass to get in. You need to be over 18. Seriously.

Can be bought on-scene; there is loads, but expensive. You can buy / download the CD later-on.

They give out free-mp3 codes for dance-tunes.com in the after-party leaflets/magazines. Grab as many as you can.

Seeing it is only a 90 minutes drive to the warehouse like location in Utrecht and tickets cost 38 Euro (vs. 56+ for Sensation), one MUST go to Trance Energy!
